1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

11 Limitation of Liability

777bingo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

777bingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Suspected use of prohibited software or automated betting tools.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure for cause, 777bingo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. Where account closure is initiated by 777bingo without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777bingo's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing.

13 Amendments to These Terms

In the event of a dispute between you and 777bingo, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 777bingo's customer support team. 777bingo will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777bingo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
